Meditation #1.

Mazda: The feminine spirit  of God,

wisdom, water, and moon

Please, sit quietly and connect with God's feminine aspect and your own feminine energy. Surrender yourself to the spirit of femininity and let her guide you.

Meditation #2

Ahura: The masculine spirit,

light, consciousness, and sun

***

Please ,sit quietly and connect with God's masculine side and your own masculine energy. Surrender yourself to masculine's spirit of light and consciousness. let him guide you.

***

The aim of both meditations (Ahura and Mazda) is to seek a balance of both polar spirits (masculine and feminine) within and outside ourselves. We cannot know God unless we are in touch with our masculine and feminine spirits within and outside us.
